I’ll give them credit, the order got here faster than I thought it would. The only thing is it did miss the estimated delivery email, so I wasn’t totally sure when to expect it, but overall it arrived quick.

My order showed up a few days late, which was frustrating because my sister and I were waiting on it. The tracking updates weren’t very helpful either, so I didn’t really know what was going on until it finally arrived...

I eventually got my order placed, but the whole thing was kind of annoying. The site kept moving slowly, and checkout wasn’t super clear, especially around that one part near the end. I figured it out, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth.

I got an engraved glass for my dad and it turned out nice. The engraving looked good, and it arrived in one piece, so no complaints there. It made a solid gift, especially if you want something simple but personal. The only thing is the packaging was kind of basic, like... it could’ve looked a bit nicer for gifting, but overall I’m happy with it.

We placed a corporate bulk order and, overall, it was mostly fine. It did take a bit longer than expected to get everything sorted, but the order came through in the end. I checked with a couple of coworkers who’ve handled similar orders, and they seemed to think the timing was normal, so maybe that’s just how bulk orders go

The engraving itself looked decent, so I was happy with that part. But the packaging really let it down. The box arrived a bit crushed, and the item was basically loose inside with barely any padding, so it was rattling around during delivery. Thankfully it wasn’t broken, but there was a small mark on the edge, which was frustrating. Since I bought it as a gift, it didn’t look great to hand over. Overall, I’d say the item is nice, but for the price, the packing should have been much better.

I’ll admit, I was a little torn buying this because I usually stick with my go-to brand, but I’ve had it for a few months now and it still looks great. I use it most days and haven’t noticed any scratches or fading so far. it’s making it harder to stay loyal to my usual pick. Really happy with it.

But the design preview ended up being really accurate. What arrived looked exactly like what I approved, with the spacing and text all correct. Really happy with how it turned out.

I tried using the website it was a pain. I don’t know who designed it this way, but it felt like nobody tested it from a customer’s point of view. Finding what I needed was frustrating, and the whole process took way longer than it should have.

I did eventually get a reply from support, so I’ll give them that, but it took way longer than I expected. Not terrible once they responded, just really slow getting back to me.

I ordered a photo engraving and it showed up on time, which I definitely appreciated. Overall, the piece looked nice, especially from a little distance.
The photo detail was kind of hit or miss for me. Some parts of the face came through well, but the darker areas looked a little muddy and not quite as crisp as I was hoping for.
I’m guessing the final result depends a lot on the photo you choose. I’d consider ordering again, but next time I’d probably go with a much brighter, clearer picture.
